Contact remits.ca

Questions, corrections, and feedback about our Canadian money transfer guides are welcome.

Email the editorial team

The best way to reach remits.ca is by email at support@remits.ca. The editorial team reads every message. If your question is about a specific guide, include the page address so we can find it quickly.

We are a small team, so replies may take a few business days. We do not operate a phone line or a walk-in office, and we do not accept enquiries by post.

Corrections and feedback

If something on a page is wrong, out of date, or unclear, tell us. A helpful correction request includes:

  • The page address (the full URL) and the sentence or figure in question.
  • What you believe is correct, and why.
  • A link to the official source that supports your correction.

How corrections are handled

We check correction requests against primary sources. If a page needs changing, we update it and adjust the last-reviewed date shown on the page. If we decide not to change it, we aim to explain why.

Feedback about how a guide reads, and suggestions for topics we should cover, are also welcome at the same address.

What we cannot help with

remits.ca cannot help with an individual transfer. We cannot track a payment, recover funds, cancel a transaction, or intervene with a provider, because we are not part of any transfer.

If a transfer has gone wrong, contact your provider or bank first. If you suspect fraud, report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

Editorial and business enquiries
